- Ace Here, I commented below but I want this highlighted - I’m growing as a moderator and this episode was a major failure of mine in that department. There are times watching this where I could have been more assertive in moving the convo forward, bouncing the “mic” around more and doing a better job protecting my cast and guest. We recorded this in March and since then we have definitely done the internal work in putting systems in place to make sure all those things happen.
